The proposed building located on the shores of Lednicki Lake in the landscaped park is intended to provide the necessary infrastructure for water recreation in the local village.
The key objective of the design concept was to immerse the building into an extremely valuable natural and historically important area around the lake, and to emphasis attractions of the immaculate natural landscape and historically important scenic places.
The brief includes a new pier, coffee shop with external viewing terrace, necessary technical facilities to cater for water recreation and sports.
